【The clinical study for the joint treatment with next-generation allogeneic chondrocyte sheets (NACS)】
NACS is a specific cell process in which the manufacturing method of allogeneic cell sheets, which has been confirmed in previous studies to have the repair effects of hyaline cartilage, has been modified to a form suitable for mass production using closed automated culture equipment, and in animal testing, it has been confirmed to be as effective as conventional allogeneic cell sheets. The safety of NACS will be objectively evaluated to be at the same level as articular cartilage treatment using allogeneic cell sheets.
